Charming pub with a rich history dating back to the 1320s. the outdoor seating area provides a lovely ambiance, particularly for enjoying meals while soaking up the local scenery. Unique character throughout the building adds a quaint, old-world feel that's perfect for those curious about historic accommodations.
Heavy foot traffic noise from the bar below can be distracting, especially late into the night, as the conversations carry right into the rooms. The layout of the accommodations resembles outdated 1980s decor, which lacks modern appeal. some rooms have a cramped feel with insufficient storage space. Access to the rooms requires navigating narrow, steep stairs that may be challenging, particularly in low light. Shower temperature adjustments can be tricky and lacking safety features like rubber anti-slip pads make it a bit of a gamble, depending on your shower dexterity.

Historic charm, Beautifully restored bar, Atmosphere of a traditional inn
The noise from the bar area travels through paper-thin walls!!! Live music can disrupt sleep, while late-night commotion makes it hard to relax after hours!!!

The service was impeccable, especially from Anton, who delivered our delicious main course and even suggested a wine my wife never tried before! The quirky room was cozy with fluffy towels and a comfortable bed, creating a perfect relaxing atmosphere for our stay.
Sure, it wasn't exactly a bargain, but still felt reasonable.

Charming Atmosphere with Delicious Food
I recently enjoyed my stay at a delightful inn where the staff welcomed us warmly right from the start. The room was beautifully decorated, and the Sunday roast we had for dinner was simply exceptional. The highlight of our visit was the lovely full English breakfast served in the charming dining room the next morning! My only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure better parking management.
